CMC Capital evolved from the real estate investment activities of Crowley & McCarthy Chartered Accountants & Taxation Advisors, established in 1994.  The firm specialises in structuring and managing real estate investment structures, and has over €500m worth of property assets under management.  

The investment philosophy of the firm is to grow our clients wealth by targeting profitable yet prudent investment opportunities.

Preservation of capital and management of risks are prime considerations.  To maximise returns, assets are actively managed throughout the investment period.

CMC Capital has been active in the Irish and UK real estate markets for years.  We continue to invest in the UK market on a very selective basis.  In 2004, we identified Germany as a high potential investment location.  Following a comprehensive research program, the firm completed its first German transaction in 2005.  Since then we have steadily built our expertise and presence in that market.
