Several possibilities may exist when assessing which corporate structure is best suited to any individual investment. 

Working closely with expert external advisors, our in-house team assesses the merits and disadvantages of each option. 

We take into account the domicile of the equity partners, the time horizons involved, the taxation arrangements local to and between jurisdictions, and the project cash flow. 

For our German investments, we have used a variety of Luxembourg and German structures in the past, and have considerable expertise in this area.
