Ciaran O`Sullivan

Mr. O’Sullivan graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce degree, and subsequently qualified as a Chartered Accountant in Ireland.  He worked in general practice in Ireland for several years, before entering the real estate industry in the UK, where he held senior fund accounting roles.  Mr. O`Sullivan has twenty years of professional experience.  Prior to joining CMC, he was employed in a senior fund accounting role with Rockspring, a leading real estate investment manager based in London.  As head of Fund Accounting at CMC, Mr. O`Sullivan is actively involved in the CMC German real estate funds, in the preparation of annual budgets and business plans, management accounting and reporting, and liason with fund auditors and advisors.
